Privacy notice

This notice covers this website. The PrivateWhispering app is separate: it has no network permission and sends nothing to us or to anyone.

Who is responsible

Capital AI Srl, VAT number (Partita IVA) 13856590966, Italy, is the controller of the data described here. Contact: vincent@capital-ai.eu.

What we collect

• Waiting list: your email address and the role you chose.
• Inquiries: your name, work email, organisation, team size and message.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and operation.

Why, and on what basis

We use the waiting list only to tell you when the app is available, and inquiries only to answer you. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw at any time.

Where it is kept, and for how long

The data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), in the European Union, under Google's data processing terms. Waiting list entries are deleted within 12 months of the app's launch, or earlier if you ask. Inquiries are kept for as long as the conversation needs, and at most 24 months.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We do not sell, share or rent it. Google processes it only as our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to vincent@capital-ai.eu. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
